I am Alpine skier. I was born 29.07.1995 and I was on skies first time when I was four. I started Alpine skiing when I was 10.

There is only one goal in alpine skiing, to get to finish line as fast as possible and zigzag every gate. My coach has said that the easiest way to explain what alpineskiing is - Alpineskiing is fighting not to get out off balance.

I live in Rovaniemi, Finland ,which is at an Arctic Circle. I study at Ounasvaara high school, l spesialized in sports.

My team is Santaclaus skiteam's Top Fis-team. We have training 7-12 times a week.
I am now competing at the FIS-level. It has three levels: National-cup, European-cup and World cup.

I am now in the National-level. Last year was my first year in FIS-level. Kalle Palander, Bode Miller, Marcus Sandell, Ted Ligety and lots of other athlets compete also in FIS-level, but mostly in World cup. My goal is to get to the World cup and to be the best male skier in the world! Not more or less!

Top performances:
2010-2011: 18th. and 22nd.
Fis-slalom in Levi, 25th.
Fis-giant slalom in Pyhä. Fis-Intersportcup: 6th of people of my age,
1st slalom in Audicup race (Finnish national cup for kids under age 17)
Finnish junior championship (series: men under 17 year): 12th in giant slalom, 20th in slalom, 17th in super-g and 14th in downhill.
